With a simple recipe by following the cold process soap can be quick, however, it would take around four weeks to get the bars in use.

To make your natural homemade lemongrass soap, you need the following ingredients.

• 800g Batch ( 1.76 lbs) oil weight
• Lye water ( 109 g / 3.8 0z)
• Water ( 196 g / 7 oz)
• Coconut oil  ( 200 g / 70z)
• Shea butter ( 150 g / 5 oz)
• Olive oil ( 400 g / 14 oz)
• Castor oil ( 50 g / 1.76 oz)
• Chromium green oxide ( 1/16 tsp)
• Yellow Iron oxide ( 1 /16 tsp)
• Grapefruit seed extract ( 8 drops)
• Lemongrass essential oil ( 4 tsp)

Step 1: Start with measuring all of your ingredients and set up your workspace. Make sure you have the gloves on, googles all safety precautions.

Step 2:   Get the olive oil and pour a tablespoon of it into the glass mix it with mineral powder and blend the milk frother. Make sure it gets nicely mix and set it aside.

Step 3: Now follow the next step with precaution,  pour sodium hydroxide or lye into the water. And keep it to ventilate space. Use a stainless spoon and mix until you don’t see crystals.

Step 4: Make sure you are keeping your face away as it gets heated and there will be steam. Now keep the hot lye and prepare a basin to keep it cool.

Step 5: Use the solid oils and heat them on very low until you see solid bits floating. Now keep the pan off and stir until all the oils get melted.

Step 6:  Now pour your liquid oil and after that color oil by using a sieve. 

Step 7: The temperature of both oils ( 100-120°F, ) in pan and lye solution ( less than 120°F). When the temperature right, add the lye solution with the help of using a sieve to the pan.

Step 8:  To keep it thick,  use a sticker blender and push it alternatively. Make sure you get the trace, use the method of pushing and stirring. Make sure the blender head is on the bottom of your pan so you can avoid splattering and air.

Step 9:  Measure your extract as well as an essential oil for adding into the soap. To make sure it doesn’t look bad, stir well.

Step 10:  Now slide the mold and put it in a cardboard box. Close it nicely and use the towel to cover it as well as keeping the heat in.

Step 11:  Once 24 hours is up, pop the soap out of a mold, and use a kitchen knife for doing that.  Leave it in someone airy but not direct to sunlight. Keep it there for the next four weeks.

Once the weeks are done,  your soap is ready for use. To make sure you are keeping the scent, use the sealed tube after the curing time is done.

How To Make :

• Diy Mask बनाने के लिए हमें चाहिए होगी सिर्फ उरद दाल ।
• उरद दाल आपके चेहरे के pores को clean करता है और excess oil भी remove करता है ।
• उरद दाल आप कम से कम 100-200gms लीजिये ताकि एक महीना आराम से आप use कर पाएं। सबसे पहले हम उरद दाल को  grind करेंगे यानी mixer में पीसेंगे । उरद दाल को grind कर के हमें आटा (flour) फॉर्म में पीसना है।
• उसके बाद एक air tight container में पीसी हुई दाल को store कर लीजिये।

Directions To Use :

• जब आप नहाने जाइये तब आप इस diy mask को लगा सकते हैं ।
• एक कटोरी(bowl) में पीसी हुई 2-3 tablespoon उरद दाल लीजिये और उसमे milk (दूध) डालिये।
• दोनों को अच्छे से mix करके एक paste बना लीजिये।
• अब अपने चेहरे पर इस पेस्ट को लगा दीजिये और जहाँ-जहाँ आपके tanning हुई है वहां भी लगा लीजिये।
• 15-20minute के लिए mask को लगे रहने देना है ।
• इसे हल्का सा पानी लगा कर अच्छे से scrub कीजिए ।
• फिर उसको पानी से wash कर लीजिये ।

1. Not Using Sunscreen :

Sunscreen का use ना करना बहुत बड़ी skincare mistake है। Sun Rays से आपको Sun Tanning तो होती ही है साथ ही बहुत सी skin problems भी हो जाती है। आपको तो पता ही है की UV-Rays कितनी harmful होती है हमारी skin क लिए । इसीलिए winters हो summers जब भी आप घर से बाहर निकले sunscreen ज़रूर apply करें।

2. Not Using Moisturiser :

हमारा skin type कोई सा भी हो हमें Face पर Moisturiser हमेशा लगाना चाहिए। एक चीज़ समझने की ज़रूरत है दोस्तों की winters और summers के लिए अलग-अलग Moisturisers आते हैं। अपने skin type के हिसाब से आप Moisturiser खरीद सकते हैं।

3. Not Using FaceWash :

दोस्तों हमें अपना चेहरा हमेशा clean रखना चाहिए। अगर आप face wash नहीं use करते हैं तो इसके नुकसान बहुत से है। आपके face पर oil,dirt जमा होना शरू हो जाता है, dead skin की मात्रा ज़्यादा हो जाती है। फिर acne के साथ-साथ black heads और white heads की भी problems सामने आने लगती है। अपने skin type के हिसाब से एक face wash अपने पास ज़रूर रखें। Morning में face wash ज़रूर करें और रात को सोने से पहले भी face wash करना बहुत ज़रूरी है। मैंने अपने youtube channel पर कुछ face wash के reviews किए हुए है,आप चाहें तो उन reviews को  देख भी सकते हैं।

4. Eating Oily & Sugary Foods :

ज़्यादा oily food खाने से pimple की समस्या बढ़ जाती है और ज़्यादा sugary food खाने से आपके pimples तो होते ही है साथ ही आपका face dull भी लगने लगता है। Oily और Sugary Foods का सेवन कम करते ही आप अपने चेहरे पर बदलाव देखेंगे और यदि आप oily food कम नहीं कर सकते है तो आपको extra fat burn करने के लिए जम के workout करना पड़ेगा ।

5. Not Disinfecting The Things Which Are Touching Your Face :

आपका फ़ोन आप हमेशा touch करते रहते हो और ear पर लगाकर बात भी करते हो। तो होता ये है की आपके फ़ोन में जो भी bacterias होते है वो आपके face पर transfer हो जाते है। दूसरी चीज़ है आपके sunglasses. कोशिश करिए की अपना smartphone और sunglass को timely sanitize ka करें।

आप जिस भी जगह सोते हो वहां की चीज़ों को धुलना बहुत ज़रूरी है जैसे की आपका pillow cover, bedsheet और blanket. आपके hair से, आपकी body से, आपने जो पहना है सबसे bacterias ट्रांसफर होते है आपके pillow cover पर और अगले दिन आपके चेहरे पर वही bacterias ट्रांसफर हो जाते है। कोशिश करिए की weekly आप इन सभी चीज़ो को वाश ज़रूर करें ।
